Project Overview:
As their Digital Marketing Developer, I serve as the technical steward of their North American digital presence, managing multi-lingual corporate websites across four countries. I administer both WordPress and Drupal CMS platforms, handling everything from routine content updates to complex site maintenance and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and publish content for corporate communications, press releases, sweepstakes, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the global communications team
- Maintain content governance standards across multiple WordPress microsites, ensuring brand consistency and editorial compliance across all properties
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance reviews to identify and resolve technical issues—broken links, missing images, formatting inconsistencies
- Test all content for browser compatibility and ADA accessibility compliance, ensuring an optimal experience for all users
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones to ensure accurate, timely content delivery
