Project Overview:
Built for David Zalutko, a licensed realtor serving Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns, and Brevard counties in Florida, this WordPress site gives him a professional online presence backed by real-time MLS data. The goal was a clean, client-focused site that lets buyers search active listings without ever leaving the domain.
The site was built on WordPress using Elementor for layout and design, paired with the KV Core IDX plugin to pull live property listings directly from the MLS. The IDX integration surfaces full search and filter functionality on the site price range, bedroom/bathroom count, property type, and a wide range of amenity and financial filters like foreclosures, no HOA fees, and seller financing. County-level search shortcuts (Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns, Brevard) let buyers narrow by region in one click.
Beyond the listings, the site establishes David's brand and story his background in management, marketing, and property investment, and his long career in patient-centered service. A contact section with a lead capture form keeps the path from listing to inquiry as short as possible.
